30-day returns

If a model isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original collector packaging.

Damaged or defective

If your model arrives damaged or the LED doesn't work, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return shipping required on defective items.

How to start a return

• Email support@vehicularluminescence.shop with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international).
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Non-returnable

Gift cards and final-sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.
