By accessing or purchasing from Vehicular Luminescence ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

Our models are collectible die-cast items, not children's toys. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any model.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when we ship.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and imagery is owned by Vehicular Luminescence. Vehicle names and marks belong to their respective manufacturers and are used descriptively.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
