Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your model is on its way.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
• Flat $6.00 standard shipping on orders under $75.00.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–6 business days.
• Canada / UK / Australia: 7–14 business days, depending on customs.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. International duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, email support@vehicularluminescence.shop and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.
